Welcome! I am so pleased to meet you here. My name is Stephanie Maurel.
I offer energy healing and spiritual guidance for those seeking deep, lasting change in how they show up in their lives.
Grounded in embodiment and informed by years of therapeutic, somatic, and spiritual practice, my coaching and therapeutic practice supports your healing holistically at the level of your mind, body, and soul.
In each session, I offer you a space for transformation and integration, where your body, energy, and inner world are invited back into coherence. The work is subtle yet powerful, meeting you where you are and unfolding at your nervous system’s pace.
